Why Ten Minutes Together?
Research has proven time and time again that children’s progress and attainment can be hugely boosted by just ten minutes quality play with their adults every day. The Ten Minutes Together range of resources aims to give short activities that parents can do with their children - some may take more than 10 minutes, some may end up being extended, and some are repeatable as many times as you like. The idea that parents and carers can just pick up a TMT activity and know that they do not need special equipment or resources to make something fun and open ended with their child.
These are great to give to particular families that you want to support, or they can be used in school as an intervention or a whole class activity.
